Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Booking & Reservation

  • Bookings can be made via our website, email, or WhatsApp.
  • We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
  • For last-minute bookings, please contact us directly via WhatsApp for immediate confirmation.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from us.

2. Payment Methods

  • We accept cash payments (IDR, USD, AUD, EUR) directly to the driver upon completion of the service.
  • For tour packages or large group bookings, a deposit may be required.
  • Credit card payments are currently not accepted for on-the-spot payments.
  • All prices are net and include petrol and driver service unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation made more than 24 hours before the service time is free of charge.
  • Cancellation made within 24 hours of the service time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-show will be charged 100% of the service price.
  • In case of force majeure (natural disaster, etc.), no cancellation fee will be applied.

4. Usage of Vehicles

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
  • Passengers are responsible for keeping the vehicle clean.
  • Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged accordingly.
  • Illegal drugs and weapons are strictly prohibited.

5. Liability

  • AMS Trans is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
  • We strongly recommend passengers to have travel insurance.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a threat to the safety of our driver or vehicle.
